EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial services, particularly in a hospitality or gaming environment, is preferred. * Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. * Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner. * Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS The employee is regularly required to stand, speak, hear, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally be required to sit. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, color and depth perception, and peripheral vision. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds.
