DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest hallways and public areas. Stock and organize linen closets on each floor to ensure housekeeping teams are fully supported. Prepare and stage housekeeping carts in accordance with the daily board and assignment sheet. Keep public restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the shift. Remove trash from common areas and designated collection points, particularly from the front of the property. Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels. Assist in maintaining a consistent flow of clean linens for room turnover and guest use. Respond to guest room service calls as needed (e.g., minor maintenance requests). Provide short-term coverage for front desk when the solo agent must respond to in-room guest calls, ensuring that the lobby is not left unattended. Support completion of assigned housekeeping or maintenance projects as directed by management. Other duties as assigned by management.
