Performs diagnostic or therapeutic interventions consistent with certification, law and Akron Children's Hospital privileges. May prescribe and monitor medications as allowed by prescriptive authority through Ohio Board of Medicine and hospital policy. Develops patient education plan. Collaborates with nursing, medical and other healthcare team members regularly to ensure quality patient care. May serve as clinical preceptor for PA students. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse House Supervisor Job Requirements:
Experience/Education: Minimum (3) three years clinical experience and/or managerial, supervisory or leadership experience required or a combination of both. Degree from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred. Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with teenage and adult patient populations.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Additional Requirements: Trained in Non-violent crisis intervention training and CPR prior to accepting independent assignment or released from orientation.

What you'll be doing...
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom shelves and other supply storage areas to promote ease of supply retrieval and inventory.
