We are looking for a Busser for the PUB 365 Restaurant. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Polishing and rolling silverware. Stocking expo line and coolers. Maintaining a clean environment. Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation. Memorizing and promoting daily specials. Delivering food to the correct guest in a timely manner. Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal. Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary. Maintaining a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1 year of experience preferred but no required. Must have a valid NV Health card. Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels. Ability to be flexible and to perform multiple tasks effectively. Friendly, open disposition and professional presentation. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Mi Casa Busser will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests, setting up tables and food stations, assisting servers with food orders, removing used dishware, and maintaining a clean dining area. The Mi Casa Busser role requires flexibility with their work schedule, weekend, and holiday availability. Principle Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain a high level of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service standards. Responsible for table layout with clean place mats and silverware rolls. Remove multiple dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables. Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture and perform other duties assigned. Assisting Server with Guest service. Knowledge of the applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future. Ensure all appearance and uniform standards. Maintain a consistent communication with Managers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors. Ability to accept performance feedback in an efficient manner. Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential component of the job. Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job. Qualifications Skills, Education & Other Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a Busser or in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
