Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met. Other Duties as Assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred. Proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proactive in solving problems. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
