Some previous experience in hospital standards, methods, and procedures desirable but not mandatory as may be trained on the job. * Must be able to become familiar with use and care of housekeeping chemicals and equipment. * Must be able to work with and accept varying demands of the patient, public and other employees. * Able to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with all members of the health care team. * Interacts with hospital staff, patients and public contacts in cordial, courteous, and helpful manner.
