Principal Duties/Responsibilities: * Performs routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in all designated areas. * Ensures cleanliness and sanitation in restrooms, breakrooms, and cafeteria by regularly cleaning and restocking supplies. * Brews coffee and tea and ensures machines are in clean and working order. * Wipes down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and other furniture, to maintain a tidy workspace. * Collects and disposes of trash or food items, ensuring proper waste management and recycling practices are followed. * Empties and cleans trash receptacles on a regular basis to maintain a hygienic environment. * Monitors and addresses spills and stains promptly to prevent accidents and maintain a clean appearance. * Performs floor care duties, such as mopping, waxing, and buffing, as required. * Keeps track of cleaning and kitchen supplies and notify the appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished. * Ensures that soap, paper towels, and other restroom essentials are stocked and readily available. * Undertakes special cleaning projects as assigned, which may include deep cleaning carpets, windows, or other specific tasks. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies: Essential KSAs: * High School diploma or equivalent (GED). * Two years of related experience. * Ability to effectively multitask. * Advanced communication skills. * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism. * After hours availability. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud.
