Responsibilities
Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
Restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department.
Safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift.
Turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies.
Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Requirements:
Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
Must have prior housekeeping experience.
Must have ability to communicate effectively
Must be reliable and dependable.
Need to be a team player - if you like to work on an island by yourself, this won't be a good fit for you!
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks to meet brand and Gulf Coast standards including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, laundry and working shifts that vary by day and week depending upon business needs.
Primary Job Duties
Receive a list of rooms at the start of shift to identify rooms and public spaces to be cleaned during shift:
Move-Out Cleans: a deep cleaning when a guest checks out
Stay-Over Cleans: a service performed while the guest continues to reside in the hotel
Clean all rooms according to brand and Gulf Coast cleanliness standards within the allotted time
Maintain an orderly cart according to brand and Gulf Coast standards. Carts should be stocked and ready to go at the beginning of the shift
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways so that health standards are met and the property is clean to brand and Gulf Coast standards
Clean doors, door frames, vents, windows, cabinets, walls, outlets, packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) and windows
Inspect rooms and public areas to accepted health and safety standards
Replace soiled linen and towels, disinfect bathroom surfaces, dust or wipe down all surfaces, vacuum, sweep and/or mop floors
Replenish room supplies, toilet paper, soap, trash liners, etc.
Empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guests, immediately reporting any damage to a room, as well as any contents that should not be in a room (drugs, weapons, animals, etc.) to the GM
Notify GM of any maintenance issues.
Notify GM of left behind guest belongings and bag and tag the items according to policy
Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean and organized
Wash and fold laundry
Wear appropriate attire per the dress code
May be asked to stay on site in the event of a catastrophe
Other duties as assigned

Primary Duties:
Front Office Operations: Daily property operations including reservations, renewals, check-outs, and check-ins. Review and approval of front office paperwork and reports.
Guest Services: Ensuring guest needs are met. Conduct tours for potential guests and close sales. Fulfill special guest requests (e.g., linen exchanges).
Laundry Duties: Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain clean and organized laundry area.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas. Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property.
Sales & Marketing: Assist with in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
Emergency Procedures: Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements:
Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs.

Numotion is seeking a Home Access Laborer to join our growing team. The Home Access Laborer is responsible for completing construction/installation with and without subcontractors, and develop construction services.
Responsibilities:
Construction:
* General Remodeling construction tasks such as decks, landing, doorway widening, grab bar installation and technical installation such as stair glide, patient lifts, power door openers or tub modifications.
* Review plans and specs and determine feasibility, code compliance, labor, and equipment requirements.
* Insure timely job starts and completion. Plan material purchases, labor requirements, coordinate with staff as needed and follow TRR documentation procedures.
* Insure skills appropriate, job prep, tools and materials are available.
* Ensure TRR standards and all applicable codes/regulations are followed on job site
Administrative/Customer Service for Remodeling/Installation:
* Assist with sub-contractors
* Monitor and maintain tools, storage, maintenance, and re-supply while coordinating with other staff
* Receive and sort products on loading dock as needed.
* Record service and follow up for clients in a timely manner and coordinate with other staff
* Observe HIPPA, Safety, Code Compliance at all times
What you need to succeed:
To be successful as a Home Access Laborer with Numotion you'll need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients. You are someone who enjoys a challenge and is able to juggle several responsibilities at once - time management in this role is vital. Additionally, you'll need to be highly self-motivated as you'll work independently and receive minimal supervision throughout the day.
* Must be able to keep multiple jobs organized and supervise others
* Must be able to plan materials needed, including scaled drawings and written specifications
* Must understand labor rates, and labor requirements for construction work, and standard work practices along with material pricing and availability
* Must understand code and permit regulations
* Must be licensed to operate motor vehicle and must maintain personal insurance. Must be able to drive, navigate over urban, suburban, and rural areas
* Must have basic knowledge general light construction such as blocking, framing, sheetrock, paint, tile, handyman level work such as replace shower head or replace wax ring on toilet
* Must be able to safely participate in general light construction activity: occasionally carry/lift items up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, stand, walk, crawl per job demands
Certifications Optional:
* City of Omaha Class D Contractor's license, City of Bellevue License, City of Council Bluffs IA License
* 30 hour OSHA training
