Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established Hyatt and Resorts World standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Address guest's needs in a professional, positive and timely matter. Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
