Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and trash removal. Restock restroom and supply areas as needed. Maintain cleaning equipment and report repair or replacement needs to management. Identify and promptly report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist with special projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Remove trash from common areas and designated collection points, particularly from the front of the property. Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels.
