How You Will Do It: Operate and maintain cleaning tanks containing degreaser, alkaline cleaners, and acids, ensuring each tank remains within compliance standards for contamination control. Perform rinsing, blow‐drying, hand wiping and final inspection of cleaned parts to verify they meet customer and internal quality specifications. Read and interpret work instructions, drawings and process travelers to understand customer requirements and assembly/testing steps; strictly adhere to "copy exact" procedures. Self‐inspect assemblies against customer specifications and quality control requirements; document and report any deviations. Follow all clean‐room protocols including gowning, PPE usage (clean-room suit, eye protection, gloves, respirator as required), contamination control, and safe handling of chemicals.
