Pay:
Pay is $15 per hour plus production bonus pay (if eligible).

RSS are responsible for the following:
Being a positive role model to the youth
Modeling appropriate boundaries at all times with both male and female clients
Providing dependable, consistent supervision to all clients
Maintaining communication with others such as counselors, administration, and clients
Administering medication after being trained by nursing staff
Documenting client behavior
Facilitating family visits, phone calls and zoom calls
Overnight staff does moderate cleaning
Driving clients to and from outings, recreation, and programming
