Essential Job Functions: Promotes positive guest, employee and public relations at all times. Responsible for the quality, consistency and presentation of all products and services delivered to guests. Services a minimum of 14 guest rooms during an assigned shift. Responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, orderliness and replacement of all amenities for all assigned guest rooms, paying attention to all details according to established procedures and standards. Removes and replaces all soiled linens. Performs turndown functions as assigned. Complies with Do Not Disturb notices. Follows all procedures when entering an occupied guest room. Promptly reports any maintenance needs, damages, missing guest or hotel items or guest needs to supervision. Replenishes supplies, maintains a clean cart which is fully and neatly stocks with linens and supplies. Secures any items left behind and promptly turns items over to supervision. Responsible for the security of assigned room keys. Participates in daily inspections with supervision as necessary. Immediately upon completion of checked out rooms, dials in the clean and vacant status. Completes reports as required. Assists in other projects and handles job tasks as deemed appropriate. Attends meetings as necessary. Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures, including OSHA standards and regulations. High School Diploma or equivalent required. One year of Hospitality/Housekeeping experience preferred. Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Pennsylvania Gaming License, if necessary. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up. Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways. Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next days use. Replenish chemical bottles. Report all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Weekends and Holiday required High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Ability to stand during entire shift. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
