Tasks include straightening of the chairs on the pool deck, cleaning of the pool house public bathrooms (to include showers), and vacuuming and dusting of the amenity spaces attached to the pool house building. * Remove used towels in the pool area and replace them with freshly laundered towels daily. * Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies. * Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans. * Clean elevator cab, lobby, and door tracks as regularly scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor. * Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws. What we ask from you: Must have a valid driver's license Must have a GREAT attitude! Must be 21 years of age Must be reliable with your attendance and be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:00 pm. Our cleaners usually complete their days between 4:00-4:30pm.
