To provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience by engaging with guests whenever one is in sight. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES: Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Strip and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 lbs. Must respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests. Makes up rollaway beds and cribs in a vacated room and notifies housekeeping attendants for them to be properly stored.
