What is a housekeeping manager and how to become one

A housekeeping manager works at a hotel or in luxury accommodation like a yacht, ships, clubs, or universities and coordinates that the environment meets the minimum standards of habitability as set by the organization. You must be able to recognize areas that need to be cleaned and assign such areas to specific members of the staff. You will make sure that the housekeeping supplies and equipment are always available when needed and take the inventory of housekeeping supplies. Similarly, you must maintain a good relationship with customers and other members of the staff.

Years of work experience as a housekeeping manager is important to be considered for the post. Certification is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also important. The ability to take the initiative, lead others and work as part of the team is required for the post. The most ilove about hsk is I love to clean i enjoy every part of it I love how a room can be so ruin industry and destroyed or blk in the restroom i love how i can just turn upside down and it make sme want to stay there i lovve the compliments i get on my rooms by everyome and offer if i can trainn the others by giving them classes lol.

I do not like when staff calloff I love my job i take it very serioisly i dnt judge and im willing to show and easier way for those who need help and in a faster time fraim and for my staff to live there job and enjoy coming to work I love listening to music idk me i have always enjoyed cleaning it releases all my stress n clears my head .
