Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree and JD Degree (from ABA accredited law school) required. Admission to a state bar with an active membership in good standing required; admission to State of Florida Bar preferred. Ability to quickly and accurately identify legal and business issues and risks Familiarity with the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, National Credit Union Administration regulations and data privacy laws preferred Exposure to contract disputes, including dispute resolution and/or litigation is preferred Experience within a corporate legal environment preferred.
