The Community Development Lending and Investment Relationship Manager III's business primary objective is to help the Bank fulfill that mission. This position plays a vital role in providing leadership, oversight, and analysis for HNB's Community Development Lending business. This is a business development, analytical, and risk management position. The CDLI Alternative Community Capital Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding the community needs and centers of influence in the HNB footprint, evaluating both new lending and new investment opportunities, monitoring assigned loan and investment portfolios of existing clients, staying engaged with local Bank business partners and maintaining the primary point of contact for HNB clients.

The Housing Stability team of the Rocket Community Fund aims to ensure all individuals have the opportunity for safe and affordable housing and to build wealth through homeownership. As the Director of Housing Stability, you'll be expected to act as a professional, conscientious and attentive ambassador for the Rocket Community Fund and the Family of Companies through all internal and external communications and community engagement. In this role, you'll be responsible for the oversight, development and innovation of a Housing Stability strategy that addresses markets across the country. The position is responsible for developing housing stability strategies, investments, programs and relationships by working with partners close to the ground in all cities where the Rocket Community Fund invests in housing stability. As the Director of Housing Stability, you'll be expected to have a high degree of expertise in the area of housing stability challenges both nationally and at the local level in markets where investments are active and should be able to traverse and differentiate local and national challenges seamlessly.

You'll oversee team members and distinct teams, in markets and/or cities across the country. This means facilitating the cohesion, collaboration and success of these teams that, while geographically separate, must be strategically and tactically aligned.

The Director will be responsible for driving the strategy around the promotion of our deep collection of backlist titles, i.e., those published more than 12 months ago. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work across the corporate marketing team and divisional content teams, leveraging the vast wealth of title data PRH is in control of.

The Director will be able to use data inputs from several different sources and craft marketing campaigns to be deployed across all our channels, with the ultimate goal of increasing the sales of our backlist titles by presenting the right book to the right reader at the right time.

The Role:

* Find opportunities with external partners to elevate titles and authors fitting the trending moments, whether recurrent or new

* Work closely with backlist stakeholders across the organization, from members of consumer marketing to divisional marketers, to sales
* Be responsible for effective communication with people/audiences inside and outside of Consumer Marketing
