* Create and maintain up-to-date show books as needed to provide relief for traveling personnel.
* Develop production schedules for assigned events.
* Manage all Facility arrangements as required per event.
* Schedule and conduct pre and post-conference meetings and attends weekly operations meetings & provide event information input to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
* Review budgets and orders for accuracy and profitability.
* Ensure branch policy is communicated to show site personnel.
* Complete CAD diagrams of general session and meeting rooms as required.
