Duties and Responsibilities
Distributes vendor invoices to the appropriate manager for approval and coding.

Batch entry of all invoices, for all departments, into our system - Jonas.
Generates weekly payments to vendors for goods and services purchased by the Club through Jonas and our 3rd party payment processer - Edenred Pay.
Maintains vendor records and files.
Adds new vendors & updates existing vendor information.
Prepares annual 1099 forms for distribution to vendors and submittal to the IRS.
Coordinates and manages office supply and paper inventory for the Club.
Assists in administration of ROM account.
Assists in basic maintenance of office equipment (copiers/printers/postage) and coordinates service as necessary.
Performs weekly petty cash reconciliation to ensure transactions are properly documented and all cash is accounted for.
Qualifications
3-5 years Accounts Payable experience is required.
High School diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience working in a heavy customer-facing position.
Possesses a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting skills.
Experience working in accounts payable for an organization in the hospitality sector is helpful. This can include hotels, resorts, restaurants, and private clubs.
Speaks, reads and writes fluent English. Any understanding of Spanish is advantageous.

Adhere to and enforces the rules and regulations set forth by the Pool Committee and reports all infractions to the Aquatics Manager or a Head Lifeguard.
Perform regular maintenance duties including vacuuming pool, emptying skimmers, skimming surface of all pools, regularly refreshing towel supply, disinfecting the pool deck, straightening tables and chairs, and disposing of trash and debris.
Maintain amenities and cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and guard house throughout the day.
Attend in-service training to satisfy state law.
Monitor pool games, assist in organizing, setting-up, and breaking-down any pool activity for members as required.
Maintains all necessary records for incident reports, chemical checks, and daily attendance according to the law.

· The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen and assigned back of the house areas. · Organizes and sets up his/her station according to set-up chart or as instructed by the Chief Steward or kitchen management to execute tasks efficiently and in a timely manner without loss of product or damage to kitchen equipment or dish ware.

Requirements
DRESS CODE:
1. Clean department uniforms worn at all times.
2. Culinary team hat worn at all times during shift.

4. Full foot leather closed back shoes with soles that are non-slip, non-scuffing, oil resistant and heels no higher than 1 ½ inches.
5. Socks must be worn at all times and must be either black or white.
STANDARD PERSONAL HYGIENE AND APPEARANCE:
1. Hair - Must be clean, of natural shades and well maintained. The culinary standard does not include extremes in dying, styling or coloring. Hair length must be maintained above the top of the collar by means of cut, food grade hairnet or restraint. Students must be clean shaven at all times and sideburns neatly trimmed no lower than the earlobe. Mustaches are permitted if neatly trimmed above the upper lip and corners of the mouth. Beards are permitted if neatly trimmed and restrained.
2. Make-up - The appropriate use of make-up is to enhance natural features and create a fresh appearance and must be kept at a minimum. Conservative lipstick permitted.
3. Cologne/Perfume - The use of anti-perspirant and/or deodorant is recommended. The use of strong, heavy scents and fragrances is unacceptable.
4. Fingernails - Kept clean and trimmed to the end of the finger. No nail polish permitted.
5. Jewelry - The only facial jewelry permitted is a one pair of stud earrings worn in the earlobe. Dangle or hoop earrings are not allowed. Wristwatches must be removed from wrists but may be secured on the jacket. One, plain wedding band is allowed. Any other form of jewelry is unacceptable.

Requirements
Experience Required:
A minimum of two years of experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and commercial refrigeration is required.)
A minimum of two years of experience in repairing commercial kitchen equipment or an equivalent educational background is required.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification or CFC Certification (required)
Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification

Duties and Responsibilities

Implement and execute pool safety in and around the pool
Attend Mandatory Weekly In-services
Assist Opening and Closing Procedures
Assist swimming instructors, swim team, pool members, pool parties, and other activities.
Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions.
Perform other duties as prescribed by management.
Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor
