The strongest culture of focusing on the employees that I've ever experienced
The large size leads to a silo'd organization sometimes
High salary, quarterly bonuses, and annual gifts
Marc Boom is the most invested CEO that I've ever come across. He routinely keeps his employees informed about pressing events and is very down to earth.
Perhaps create an employee organization that is able to have a say in the operations of the company.
Studying the company culture (I CARE values) and employees on LinkedIn, reading posts on LinkedIn, asking my links about the company.
In my opinion, compensation is very high at Houston Methodist; it is part of their strategy to offer high salaries to attract the best employees.
Houston Methodist is incredibly diverse and has employee research groups for various demographics, such as dads, moms, Hispanics, etc.
Being part of a company that has such a strong goal of providing excellence.
