POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The Truck Driver is responsible for driving diesel powered straight trucks or tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver grain or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operation of the truck and its contents and tendering to applicators in the field with filling and other needs that may help maximize actual application time throughout the day.
Operating machinery and equipment as required, including providing accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of product, inspection of all assigned trucks for defects/safety hazards before and after trips, submitting report indicating truck condition, submitting accurate sales tickets and required records
Performing basic clean-up and preventative maintenance on all assigned trucks, and other shop duties along with various plant operation and general maintenance and housekeeping. Monitors equipment for fertilizer or chemical leaks
Completes all chemical logs, Agtegra Truck logs and DOT Truck logs; maintains driver log per I.C.C. regulations.
Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment.
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with US DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegra Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/GED or 0-1 Year Related Experience or combination of education and experience
Commercial Driver's License: Class A CDL preferred; tanker endorsement will be required, and hazmat endorsement is suggested and may be required later

Confers with other members of the caregiver team and takes into account their recommendations for selecting the most appropriate treatment in planning and coordinating the patient's total therapy program including discharge planning.
Observes levels of fatigue, pain, motivation, vital signs, frustration, etc., and assesses how long a patient can continue to tolerate treatment in a particular mode.
Advises patients on home therapy and after-care treatment, may visit discharged patients to evaluate effectiveness of hospital treatment and to advise families on methods of helping afflicted persons cope with physical handicaps.
Maintains strict patient confidentiality and discloses patient related information only to those persons for whom such information is necessary in the course of the patient's care.

Provides clinical work direction for the physical therapy assistant and delegates to them appropriate duties that are within their abilities. Monitors their performance and supervises within guidelines provided by state board and/or CMS.
Prepares accurate and timely records and submits daily charges.
Provides accurate and timely documentation for third party reimbursement purposes.
Organizes time effectively, schedules appropriate amounts of time for preparation and completion of tasks.
Adjusts personal schedule to complete workload due to patient activity and departmental needs when requested.
Represents in a professional manner and markets the department's services, promotes awareness of the department and its services within the hospital and its external market.
Remains current in Federal and State rules and regulations affecting provision of physical therapy services.
Participates in community educational activities or service programs regarding issues of rehabilitative therapy.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The Truck Driver is responsible for driving diesel powered straight trucks or tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver grain or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operation of the truck and its contents and tendering to applicators in the field with filling and other needs that may help maximize actual application time throughout the day.
Operating machinery and equipment as required, including providing accurate and efficient unloading and delivery of product, inspection of all assigned trucks for defects/safety hazards before and after trips, submitting report indicating truck condition, submitting accurate sales tickets and required records
Performing basic clean-up and preventative maintenance on all assigned trucks, and other shop duties along with various plant operation and general maintenance and housekeeping. Monitors equipment for fertilizer or chemical leaks
Completes all chemical logs, Agtegra Truck logs and DOT Truck logs; maintains driver log per I.C.C. regulations.
Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment.
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with US DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegra Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/GED or 0-1 Year Related Experience or combination of education and experience
Commercial Driver's License: Class A CDL preferred; tanker endorsement will be required, and hazmat endorsement is suggested and may be required later
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
English Proficiency.
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

A Brief Overview
Accountable for the proficient operations of the radiographic and CT equipment to provide clinically diagnostic images as directed by physicians.
What you will do
* Performs various radiology procedures accurately, efficiently and according to established standards and protocols.
* Initiates proper intervention to radiologist or referring practitioner when an exam indicates immediate attention.
* Reviews appropriate indications for exams ordered and reports inappropriate indications to supervisor.
* Provides exam data in a complete and accurate format for presentation to reading radiologist for interpretation.
* Utilizes computer systems such as PACS, RIS, HIS EMR systems and performs general clerical duties.
* Archives image data for permanent storage and appropriately sends images to radiologist group. Retrieves stored images form PACS or disc back-up and make CDs successfully.
* Demonstrates an understanding of medical and legal implications and responsibilities related to the imagine reports and images to protect the patient and the organization.
* Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, and environment and infection control.
* Assists/mentors staff/student with on the job training, clinical rotations and orientation.
* Assists with analysis, collection and maintenance of records as required by department manager, Quality Improvement, Joint Commission, MDH, ACR standards, OSHA guidelines or as may be required by the facility or law.
