Mr. Allan P. Merrill is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Beazer Homes USA Inc. Mr. Merrill, joined the Company in May 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and currently serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Merrill was previously with Move, Inc. where he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy beginning in October 2001.
