Stop fostering crap managers and STOP for the love of all STOP building new buildings when the current buildings need fixing; the new building don't even replace the old building.

I didn't have to, I knew everything i needed to for the job I was hired to perform. Plus all of the jobs that i wasn't hired or paid for to perform.
