POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer and serving as a member of the organization's Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Chief Communications Officer provides vision and executes an agile, integrated, and sustainable communications strategy that advances HBH's mission and strengthens its reputation and brand. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitors and addresses safety threats involving behavioral, emotional or environmental risks.

What you can expect:
A Medical Assistant supports the delivery of care to patients and guides patients throughout the flow of clinical care appointments, under the direction of the Practice Manager and the care team Provider. As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will provide administrative and functional maintenance and support for AMA's financial applications, including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Blackline, Ironclad, Concur, and other Finance-led systems. Focus on business process management, system utilization, and ensuring data integrity across Finance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Systems Management
* Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.
* Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination of system enhancements or configuration changes based on Finance business needs.
* Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
* Identify system issues by understanding Finance business processes and develop solutions to resolve the issues.
* Collaborate with internal customers, functional areas, and IT resources to evaluate opportunities for system optimization.

* Prepare training materials and support end users.
* Work on cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes/workflows to improve efficiency of monthly financial closes.
Technical Collaboration
* Perform limited hands-on scripting, including simple SQL queries,
* Collaborate with IT teams for complex technical tasks, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
* Work with system vendors and IT to support system upgrades, enhancements, and drive issue resolution.
* Document data flows between Finance systems and assist in defining requirements for integrations.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required.
* 5+ years of experience working on finance business processes and a suite of financial applications including Infor/Lawson or similar ERP systems required.
* In depth expertise with multiple financial system cycles including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank settlement processes.
* Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements, assist with solution configuration / design, and coordinate user acceptance testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as counsel and support to the CPT Editorial Panel to develop and maintain the CPT code set, including preparation of highly complex code change proposals, active facilitation of Panel Workgroups and industry focused caucuses involving multiple stakeholders. Assist in preparing legislative and regulatory presentations and testimony on physician coding issues and development of Panel minutes that forms the basis for all CPT products. Maintain CPT roadmap and develops content release information. Serve as the primary liaison and subject matter expert to the national medical specialty societies, public and private payers, AMA members, healthcare financing stakeholders, and internal AMA groups on highly complex and high profile issues related to the CPT code set. Investigate, analyze and communicate complex health care policies associated with the delivery and reporting of health care services and procedures that impacts the use of the CPT code set by physicians and non-physician health care professionals.
Author and develop educational content to support the policies of the CPT Editorial Panel and/or the CPT Editorial Assistant Board, in the form of books, newsletters, electronic products and advice, to assist AMA members, physicians, non-physician health care professionals and other CPT stakeholders in appropriately applying the CPT code set. Critically review and analyze the CPT code set, as responsible for the maintenance of the CPT code set.
Proactively identify gaps in the CPT code set, show implications of changes and supplies recommendations to the CPT code set.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vice President of Population Health, the Ryan White Program Manager provides high-level oversight of all Ryan White Program components, supporting compliance with HRSA requirements, integration across service areas, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes. This mission critical role serves as the central point of oversight for program implementation, quality, reporting, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Howard Brown Health as well as supports culture enhancement and management efforts.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Program Excellence Assurance
In conjunction with the Director of Grants Management, supports strategic leadership and oversight of all Ryan White program components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HRSA expectations.
Leads cross-functional coordination between medical, supportive services, quality, and finance teams.
Implements workflows to monitor eligibility, recertification, and imposition of charges for clients who receive services under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS program.
Monitors client eligibility, recertification processes, and enforce program caps on charges to ensure proper utilization of resources.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Provides program and patient-level data review to aid in monitoring quality improvement initiatives to drive patient outcome improvement (e.g., retention in care, viral suppression).
Collaborates with program and administrative staff to ensure continuous compliance with HRSA and funder requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Works in collaboration with WIC Coordinator and WIC Lead Nutritionists in planning and implementing the Nutrition components of the WIC program to ensure quality Nutrition services.
Collaborates in the development and enforcement of nutrition procedures and policies.
Screens applicants for eligibility, which requires verifying income for the household, residency, identification, health history, and anthropometric measurements.
Provides initial nutrition screening and assessment for WIC client and develops nutrition care plans with client centered goals (using VENA strategies), and monitors client's progress towards those goals.
Conducts nutritional screenings, assessments, and counsels' high-risk clients on nutrition and dietary practices appropriate to health and medical conditions identified.
Develops and/or approves nutrition education materials.
Schedules follow-up visits with clients to monitor and encourage compliance with prescribed nutritional care plans
May be required to conduct WIC activities at satellite locations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
B.S. in Nutrition required; Registered Dietitian (RD) and/or Licensed Dietitian (LD) eligibility preferred.
Experience
A minimum of two years' experience in community nutrition working with Maternal Child Health is recommended, and WIC experience preferred.
Illinois driver's license and automobile insurance required.
Local travel (when necessary).
Skills and Knowledge
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) required Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) required (May be required to assist or work with non-English/Spanish only speaking patients and/or guests.)
Cultural competency to work in a low income, minority environment.
Computer skills and time management skills required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of clients.

Record keeping methods, practices, and procedures.
Current CPR certification.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provides leadership and oversight to front desk staff to ensure excellent patient experiences, accurate information collection, coverage assessment, and respectful collection of patient fees.
Ensures operational procedures and processes are consistently implemented and adhered to by modeling professional behaviors.
Responsible for front office functions, including patient scheduling, rescheduling when providers call off, and maintaining efficient patient flow during registration.
Completes daily deposit reconciliation, ensures proper handling of petty cash, and reviews and reconciles complex billing requests raised by the team.
Coordinates hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and ongoing coaching for front desk team members.
Serves as a main point of contact for de‑escalation, conflict resolution, and collaboration with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams, while supporting site operations and front-end revenue cycle (FERC) initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent, with six (6) years of progressive leadership experience, including at least two (2) years supervising direct reports; OR
Associates degree, or two years of college, with four (4) years of progressive leadership experience including at least two (2) years supervising direct reports.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Required:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Cultural competency to work with a diverse patient population.
Knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite products
Two (2) years' experience in a healthcare or office setting required
Two (2) years' experience in supervising direct reports required
Preferred:
Intermediate EPIC skills are a plus.
Bilingual is a plus.
