As a Barista you will: + Greet and provide guests with prompt and courteous service that exceeds their expectations. + Assist in the preparation of Café menu items as ordered and according to procedure. + Assist with breakfast room service orders + Accurately capture all sales and settlements in the cash register. + Handle reconciliation of sales and payments according to standard operating procedure. + Monitor freshness of food products to meet or exceed quality standards. + Be knowledgeable of all Café policies and explains them to members and guests, when asked. + Enforce café rules and policies. This includes maintaining a continuous knowledge of SOP's, programs and what to do in the event of an accident, age restrictions, proper handling of complaints, etc. + Assist in answering the telephone and take messages when necessary. + Maintain an orderly, neat appearance of the register areas as well as all other areas of the store.
