Compensation:
$75,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline.
Provide world-class Customer Service to buyers and sellers - this is our Bread & Butter.

The Business Relationship Manager II is responsible for developing new commercial real estate (CRE) business relationships, with an emphasis on ground-up construction and other complex CRE lending opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing business member relationships. This role actively builds referral networks, identifies new lending opportunities, and serves as the primary point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan process. The Business Relationship Manager II also manages an individual portfolio of CRE loans, ensuring a high level of credit quality, compliance, and member satisfaction.
What you will do here:
Business Development & Relationship Growth - Develop a consistent CRE loan application pipeline, with a heavy emphasis on CRE construction and ground-up development deals. Network and expand the referral base through daily sales calls, community involvement, and participation in business and industry events. Proactively identify new CRE borrowers and initiate relationships with prospective business members seeking CRE lending solutions.
Portfolio & Loan Management - Manage an individual portfolio of loan applications and active loans to ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and consistent communication. Provide necessary financial information and documentation to support portfolio monitoring and exception management. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, credit policy, and quality control standards.
Relationship Management & Communication - Build and maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with internal and external partners throughout all phases of the loan and account opening process. Maintain consistent and transparent communication with management and key stakeholders regarding prospect status, new business opportunities, and referral activity. Acquire, manage and retain a high-quality, profitable loan portfolio.
Product and Market Expertise - Maintain expert knowledge of business products, services, and documentation requirements, including business loans, deposits, and treasury management solutions. Develop and stay current on market and industry conditions, construction lending practices and trends, and regulatory changes through ongoing education and industry engagement.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Lending experience required.
Be highly driven with strong business development and relationship management skills; ability to identify new CRE opportunities, develop and execute effective sales plans, and build lasting member relationships required.
Have in-depth knowledge of commercial lending regulations, credit structure, and financial analysis practices, with the ability to evaluate credit risk, identify trends, and ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume lending environment; highly organized with strong task prioritization skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail required.
Demonstrates outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, effectively delivering information and presentations with clarity and professionalism across diverse audiences required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and apply new financial systems and CRM tools required.

Your day-to-day may include:
+ Reviewing construction contracts, financial statements, job cost reports, internal policies, and process maps to identify cost savings, process inefficiencies, and strategic initiatives
+ Performing complex financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across multiple sources of data and supporting documentation
+ Analyzing compliance with various labor requirements, including those required on prevailing wage jobs that are reliant on federal funding and/or pertinent to tax credit incentives
+ Assisting in matters involving fraud, waste, and abuse, including allegations of bribery, collusion, conflicts of interest, organized crime, and other scenarios posing legal or regulatory exposure to our clients

You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required

+ CPA, CFE, CMA, CFA, CCA, CIA, PMP, PMBOK or other industry related certifications preferred

+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on robust excel capabilities
