Job Summary: Retrieve cartons/pallets/orders, in proper sequence, to ensure that customers receive complete shipments.
• Meet or exceed expectations of customers by providing a positive customer experience.

• Loads cartons/pallets/orders onto truck.

General Summary:

* Coordinates and schedules clinical staff.

* Reviews time off requests submitted by staff, and communicates with staff in a timely manner regarding accommodations.

* Remain on-call for staffing needs.
* Maintains consistent and clear communication between staff members and leadership.
* Contact caregivers to fill shifts, implement shift changes and communicate assignment changes to team members.
* Maintain accurate schedule in scheduling software/program.
* Timely response of scheduling phone while on-call.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Inspect seafood for freshness, quality, and safety, removing unsatisfactory products and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Display & Merchandising: Arrange and replenish seafood displays to maximize visual appeal.
Customer Service: Provide knowledgeable, friendly service, answering customer questions about fish varieties, preparation methods, and cooking tips. Take special requests for custom cuts as needed.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing seafood deliveries. Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and minimize waste.

Qualifications
