Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Navigator plays a vital role within the Affordable Housing Alliance by acting as the point of entry for clients to receive the agency's various services.
