**Qualifications**
+ **License:** Current Florida RN or Multistate Compact license.
+ **Experience:** Minimum **1 year of recent acute care experience** (Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or Specialty).
+ **Education:** Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
+ **Certifications:** BLS required; ACLS preferred for Critical Care/Specialty areas.
+ **Mindset:** Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and a willingness to work rotating schedules.
