personable, making hard decisions on what needs to happen with the organization to keep it relevant

How would you improve HP's culture?

there are pockets of bad behavior and loss of the HP Way where its super cut throat. I would push those behaviors out of the organization.

How does your compensation at HP compare to the industry average?

my comp is higher as I have been with company a long time and taken step back where they protect most of your earnings.
