Assist filler operator during flavor changes and when problems arise in order to maximize productivity and quality of the work center;

Maintain a clean and safe work area, as well as clean and safe work practices at all times. This includes removal and disposal of all trash and cardboard as well as removal and disposition of rework and scrap barrels;

Education and Experience:
* 5-7 years experience in milk/food production with at least 3 years at a supervisory level in a production environment.
* Experienced in inventory management systems.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Strong written & verbal communication skills, comfortable in speaking before groups.
* Proficient with MS Outlook Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
