Job Summary:
A master scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle. A master scheduler performs various functions in ensuring that work being done within a company is performed in a particular order so as to attain efficiency and avoid waste.

* Verifies that plant equipment meets sanitation requirements prior to start up.
* Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.

Job Summary:

Job Summary
Assists with planning, coordinating and directing quality assurance program designed to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards and staying focuses on identified goals and drive results, set clear expectations for team, coach, develop and motivate team; hold employees accountable and keep team informed by ensuring effective inter and intra department communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Quality standards and procedures for production
Support development of a culture of proactive quality
Oversee facility sanitation programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements
Support facility Quality Management Systems (QMS) programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements
Supervise lab technicians and maintain staff work schedule
Obtain/Maintain certifications and/or licensing for regulatory testing
Expedite all product testing in support of plant operations and communicate non-compliance in a timely fashion to appropriate managers for corrective action
Review production-testing results and records for compliance
Maintain food safety/food quality plans and monitor CCPs/QCPs
File regulatory reports as needed regarding milk testing and record keeping
Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and customer complaints
Training new employees and restraining current employees in GMPs and procedures
Maintain/modify/create SOPs as needed
Maintain lab records for regulatory third-party, and internal QMS audits
Maintain SQF practitioner status
Support SQF by coordinating the internal audit program
Attend safety meetings, perform safety audits and actively support the safety team
Serves as a back-up for the QA Manager
Apply statistical process control (SPC) methodology to data analysis to evaluate current process and process changes
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience
Minimum of an associate's degree in Dairy/Food Science or another related curriculum preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years quality assurance background in a dairy/food lab or equivalent

Certification and/or license - Preventive Controls Qualified individual (PCQ certification or attainment of (PCQ) within 12 months of hiring

Job Summary:
A master scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle. A master scheduler performs various functions in ensuring that work being done within a company is performed in a particular order so as to attain efficiency and avoid waste.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review inventory levels versus sales daily
* Establish production schedules based on demand forecast and inventory levels.
* Manage the flow of bulk raw materials, including quantity to be received, versus capacity based on estimated production flow and projected consumption
* Understand systems constraints/limitations to avoid potential scheduling conflicts/waste.
* Monitor and report on Shop Order completions
* Work closely with Plant Management, Materials planners, and Global Supply Chain Planning to develop and execute optimal production schedules and inventory control.
* Monitor and ensure appropriate master data setup and continuous monitoring to align with production processes.
* Ensure continuous feedback with manufacturing to ensure scheduling information is kept up to date, including but not limited to; demonstrated run rates, start times, ends times, resources, BOM's, scrap rates, CIP times and materials sequence.
* Clearly understand all requirements and constraints at the plant level for a production plan (consideration of min/max batch sizes, resource assignment, materials sequencing on resources, changeover/startup allowances and materials availability.
* Establish raw materials at the sub assembly level to meet production needs while avoiding potential expiry, product returns or waste.
* Create and/or organize a production schedule on a daily basis and update as required based on production results.
* Understand restrictions/capabilities of production lines
* Ensure production that meets customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
* Manage interdependent demand flows for incoming raw materials to avoid conflict and/or waste
* Work hand-in-hand with other employees to make sure that all issues that are related to scheduling are properly handled and resolved
* Work closely with Purchasing Team so as to make sure that the company's supply needs are adequately met in a timely manner and changes to schedule are communicated
* Make sure schedules are given to employees in a timely fashion and that any distortions in the company's schedule are accounted for always
* Maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and also timely.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor degree in business or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years in master scheduling role.
* A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position
* Experience working with MRP systems mandatory
* Experience in SAP desired

Job Summary:
The Lab Technician will handle all aspects of the lab including chemical testing, bacteria testing and quality assurance to ensure the manufacture and packaging of high quality products.
Shift: Alternating 3 or 4 day work weeks. 12 hour shift beginning at 5:00pm EST.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Laboratory testing to meet standards set up in PMO, Standard Methods for the Dairy Industry and FDA 2400 methods requirements.
Pulling, logging, and running finish product and processing samples for all test required on each product.
Pull sample of incoming raw material and packaging to determine acceptability of loads from our suppliers.
Audit CIP chemical concentrations and ensures compliance to company specifications.
Must be able to prepare media and other lab controls. These would include but are not limited to pour plates, buffer water, etc.
Operate autoclave to sterilize plates and equipment as needed while ensuring sterility test are accurate.
Assist in lab equipment PMs such as cleaning the Micro Luminescence Systems weekly with caustic; drain and clean the autoclave bi-weekly; changing fluid standards and filters on the cryoscopy.
Inoculating batch tanks with enzyme and vitamins and recording usages on the various logs.
Responsible for the daily cleanup and review of racking systems in the incubators and cooler to set up for shelf life testing.
Participate in environmental testing in and around plant that includes swabbing, air plating, water sampling, etc.
Verifies that plant equipment meets sanitation requirements prior to start up.
Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in food manufacturing.
Knowledge of food microbiology, chemistry, dairy standards and CIP sanitation.
Intermediate Computer Skill (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work well with people.
Communication skills are a must.
Multi-tasked Individual.
Ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility including but not limited to office, production, and warehouse environments. Including the outside perimeter of the building.
Able to work at heights greater than 40 feet while operating a powered industrial truck.

Job Summary:
