Job Summary:
The Route Driver family of positions requires a current valid CDL-A, a satisfactory MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), an up-to-date medical card, and one years' driving experience or equivalent classroom qualification. Must have a neat, clean appearance and the ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) exam.
Schedule: 5 day work week schedule with rotating days off.
Coverage area: Southern New England Area.
Sign-on bonus: $10,000.-
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe operation of the Company vehicle while complying with all company, State and Federal regulations.
Have a good, working knowledge of the assigned delivery route and be familiar with product handling requirements.
Must represent the Company in a courteous, ethical and professional manner at all times.
Must keep a vehicle operation log and report any necessary maintenance or other problems to the Distribution Supervisor daily and complete all necessary reports as required by DOT and HP Hood LLC.
Deliver all products ordered in a timely manner and advise the Distribution Supervisor of any recommendations for improvements or problems needing attention on a daily basis.
Keep accurate, daily records of accounts and collected cash.
Must be able to work independently while supporting the Distribution Department.
Work in a cooperative manner with managers, supervisors and peers.

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing production operations during the assigned shift, including blow molding, receiving, processing, and overall production output. The Junior Production Supervisor will work closely with Production Supervisors, the Production Manager, and senior department leads for mentorship and guidance. They will actively participate in variance analysis, efficiency tracking, and production planning/reporting.
The Junior Supervisor will coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production. They will also monitor and address quality issues promptly to uphold product standards and compliance.
A strong focus on safety is essential, with the Junior Supervisor expected to promote and enforce workplace safety protocols, conduct safety checks, and support a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

The pay range for this position is
$1,484.65 - $1,649.60 USD
