Boss told me himself that I can do whatever while waiting for calls so that’s good
Management doesn’t care about you, they take forever to respond to messages. Training just went over Medicare, they didn’t go over anything regarding the call process so it’s a free for all and learn as you go. Training was just really poorly designed in general, no one knew what to do once they started getting calls. Coworkers who have been their longer act like they’re superior, and weren’t nice to any new people because they were “taking their sales”
Getting chores done while working
Didn’t ever hear about the CEO/meet him/her. Leadership is alright but they will randomly change your schedule without asking if it goes with your schedule. Seems like they consider work more important than life and responsibilities outside of it
More team meetings, again agents seemed to not like each other just because they considered others as “sales stealers”
Winged it
Chatting with other agents who were also having issues, we could get along by relating to each other
Never really noticed the diversity, but it’s mostly 50+ working there
Very low, commission was extremely low and we had many people quit because of the pay
How they make remote work very personal. You feel like you are in the office. And of course working in sweatpants is always a plus!.
Haven't found any in 1.5 years
Working from home
Friendly agents
Not a good employer for people with families. They change your job and schedule with no discussion or warning making it impossible to have a work- life balance.
Having other knowledgeable agents in hand
