Hr Solutions company history timeline
In 2007, the company was acquired by Jim Beesley, who continues as sole owner and CEO.
2008 New Operations Director
In 2009, the business moved to a new location on Frankfort Avenue, to have additional space and the convenience of interstate access to travel to client offices.
As soon as it was released in 2009, major national restaurant chains and drugstore chains decided to adopt the system.
They launched third party EPDR (employment, performance and development review) and EAP (employee assistance programme) packages, and in 2010 added employment protection cover to their Retained HR Services package, meaning that their clients could operate with complete peace of mind.
HR Solutions, LLC (HRS) was established in 2013 with the mission in mind: to make the work world more harmonious, enjoyable, and productive.
2013 Expansion to New Premises
Under Carol and Greg’s supervision the team expanded to include more HR consultants, support staff, a payroll manager and a sales team, and in 2013 the business moved once again to new premises in Kettering.
In September 2014, Integrity HR built it’s current headquarters on Lily Creek Road in Middletown.
In 2014 Carol took a step back to a Director of HR Consultancy position and handed the role of Managing Director to Greg.
Then in August 2015, Integrity HR opened an additional office in New Albany to better serve their Southern Indiana clients.
In September 2017, Integrity HR moved back to 9700 Ormsby Station Road to partner with EPIC Insurance Solutions.
As part of the merger which was completed on 1st December 2017, the owner of HR Services (UK) Limited moved over to HR Solutions to take on the role of Senior HR Consultant.
2017 Acquisition of HR Services UK
In March 2019 HR Solutions fostered a strategic business partnership with Wilson Browne Solicitors, commercial law experts, to offer a complete solution for businesses providing legal expertise, transparent costs and great client service.
HR Solutions launched a new Health, Safety and Environment division, called HSE Solutions in August 2020.
