Position Overview:
Seeking a qualified driver and warehouse worker for our Union, MO location. This position requires the driver to travel to various locations, in and out of state, hauling material. Overnight stay may be required in various locations. Hours vary based on route. When not in route, candidate will be preforming warehouse duties and lawn care. Position requires candidate to operate forklift, telehandler and scissor lift. Candidate will be required to complete the following: Background screening, Motor Vehicle Report, DOT physical and meet the requirements of E-Verify.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead daily coordination of maintenance and equipment operations, ensuring equipment is staged, transported, and ready for safe, efficient use.
* Repairing and maintaining company equipment and assets including, but not limited to: pumps, robotic equipment, trailers, vacuum trucks, trucks/tractors, etc.
* Move equipment between shops, yards, and customer sites; plan routes, permits, and timing to minimize downtime.
* Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment; maintain service calendars and documentation.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (in-shop and in-field) and escalate complex repairs to vendors or OEMs as appropriate.
* Order parts and supplies; manage vendor relationships; verify receipts; control costs; and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts, tools, and consumables.
* Track, organize, and maintain all assets (fleet and equipment), including labeling, location accuracy, utilization, and condition.
* Perform regular site visits to audit equipment status, support field troubleshooting, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.,
* Assist with selection, evaluation, and purchasing of new/used equipment; participate in specifications, inspections, and commissioning.
* Maintain documentation in company systems (e.g., work orders, service logs, inspection results, parts usage, asset records) with high accuracy.
* Monitor key KPIs (uptime, turnaround time, cost per hour) and implement improvements to equipment safety, reliability, and efficiency.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Accountant will ensure operations receive proper training and report on compliance with corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices. Assist the Accounting Department and Regions in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of profit and loss statements, job cost, and other operating results. Provide financial oversight and administrative support to Operations in daily, monthly, and annual operations and processes. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide Operations with training, communication, and monitoring of corporate standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Train new hires in Operations in day-to-day financial activities
* Provide administrative assistance to Operations, such as job scheduling, help in bid preparation, subcontract documentation and review, and other special projects
* Responsible for Operations month-end accounting close, including but not limited to reconciliation of job cost, G/L accounts, inventory reconciliation, system reports, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and entering required journal entries
* Coordinate with the Corporate Accounting Department on the establishment and tracking of approved accruals
* Monitor A/R at branch locations and assist in collections of accounts
* Assist in calculation and payment of special checks for employees, such as layoffs and underpayments
* Oversee all union master agreements and have a thorough understanding of specifications included in union bargaining agreements
* Oversee all union audits and assist other external audits by gathering information on employees and meeting with representatives to ensure payroll has been reported accurately

Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and transactional support to the Accounting and Payroll functions. Responsibilities and Duties:
* Lead daily coordination of maintenance and equipment operations, ensuring equipment is staged, transported, and ready for safe, efficient use.
* Repairing and maintaining company equipment and assets including, but not limited to: pumps, robotic equipment, trailers, vacuum trucks, trucks/tractors, etc.
* Move equipment between shops, yards, and customer sites; plan routes, permits, and timing to minimize downtime.
* Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment; maintain service calendars and documentation.
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (in-shop and in-field) and escalate complex repairs to vendors or OEMs as appropriate.
* Order parts and supplies; manage vendor relationships; verify receipts; control costs; and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts, tools, and consumables.
* Track, organize, and maintain all assets (fleet and equipment), including labeling, location accuracy, utilization, and condition.
* Perform regular site visits to audit equipment status, support field troubleshooting, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.,
* Assist with selection, evaluation, and purchasing of new/used equipment; participate in specifications, inspections, and commissioning.
* Maintain documentation in company systems (e.g., work orders, service logs, inspection results, parts usage, asset records) with high accuracy.
* Monitor key KPIs (uptime, turnaround time, cost per hour) and implement improvements to equipment safety, reliability, and efficiency.
* Perform various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
* Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in construction/industrial maintenance or fleet/equipment management.
* Proven hands-on mechanical aptitude with industrial equipment (e.g., pumps, high-pressure systems, robotic tooling, trailers, vacuum trucks).
