Hub Group's Mission Statement
Aims to ensure that customers, employees, vendors and the community are respected, treated fairly and benefit from their relationship with Hub Group.
The managment says it's agile, but it's not really implemented. The load on the developer is huge with scope creeps between the sprint. Frequent releases (sometimes weekly ) pressure up the situation for uncalled production issues and bug fixes. Live development and live deployment is a thing and no strict code freezes. Micromanagement. Retrospectives are more of a criticism and scrutiny sessions excluding appreciation.
Production issues are not considered as part of the sprint and no spilled over are expected.

Pros of working at Hub Group
The work is engaging and interactive with customer and employee groupings. Problem solving and innovation for customer success are a key part of operations and what I enjoy.
Cons of working at Hub Group
The work culture from the top down is poor. The line of communication is almost non-existent between the upper management staff and the mid-level managers that run the operations team. The goals are unrealistic with little to no time to complete the tasks.
