David P. Yeager is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hub Group, one of North America’s largest transportation management companies. Son of the late Phillip C. Yeager, Hub Group’s founder, David joined the company in 1975. Over the last 40 years he has overseen the transformation of the business from an intermodal marketing company into a multi-modal solutions provider that encompasses a full range of intermodal, truck brokerage and logistics services. David is a strong advocate of strategies geared to reducing the corporate environmental footprint and promoting environmental stewardship in the transportation community. Prior to his election in 2008 as Chairman, David served as the Company’s Vice Chairman, and as President of Hub Group’s Chicago area operating company. Today, he leads Hub Group’s 2,500+ employees in their efforts to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions and industry leading service to its customers. Since its initial public offering in 1996, Hub Group has been traded on NASDAQ under the symbol HUBG. In 2015, Hub Group revenues exceeded $3.5 billion. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, David serves on the Board of Directors of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital-Chicago, as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Dayton, and as a lifetime Trustee of Fenwick High School. David received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 1975. David and his wife, Julia, reside in Hinsdale, Illinois and have three adult children, Matthew, Phillip and Laura.

Phillip D. Yeager was named Executive Vice President, Account Management and Intermodal Operations in January 2016 after serving as Vice President of Account Management and Business Development from February 2014 to January 2016. Phil is responsible for managing Hub Group’s overall customer experience, including customer service and intermodal operations. Phil joined Hub Group in 2011 as the Director of Strategy and Acquisitions and led the integration of Mode Transportation. Prior to joining Hub Group, Phil served as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking at BMO Harris Bank, and as an investment banking analyst for Lazard Freres & Co. In addition to his responsibilities at Hub Group, Phil serves on the boards of the Northwestern University Transportation Center Business Advisory Council (BAC) and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital-Chicago. He is also a voting member of the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA). In his free time, Phil enjoys golfing and skiing. Phil earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut (where he was also the captain of the soccer team for two years), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He lives in Chicago with his wife and high school sweetheart, Margaret.

Vincent Paperiello is a Chief Solutions Officer at Hub Group and is based in Greater Chicago Area. He has worked as Operations Manager at Hub Group; Vice President, Yield Management at Hub Group; and VP:Pricing & Yield Mgmt at Hub Group. Vincent works or has worked as MEMBER at Professional Pricing Society and MEMBER at Intermodal Association of North America. He attended DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business between 1995 and 2001 and WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY between 1988 and 1992.

Geoff DeMartino has been our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since July 2020. Geoff has responsibility for the organization’s financial activities as well as acquisitions, investor relations and relationships with the company’s lenders. He joined Hub Group in 2016 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, and led the acquisitions of Estenson Logistics and CaseStack, and the divestiture of Mode Transportation.

Prior to joining Hub, Geoff spent over 15 years in a variety of financial roles including corporate development and investment banking.

Geoff received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northwestern University.

Kevin W. Beth was named Controller and Assistant Treasurer in March 2007. Prior to being named to those roles, Kevin served as Controller from October 2003 to March 2007. Kevin’s responsibilities include: overseeing and managing the activities of the 75 team members in the accounting group, customer credit, collection, invoicing, cash application and cargo claim departments; the management of Hub’s treasury functions; timely compliance for all SEC reporting; and structuring and purchasing of corporate insurance. Before joining Hub, Kevin was a Senior Accountant at Playboy, Inc., and a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.

In addition to his responsibilities at Hub, Kevin serves on the Bank of Montreal Client Advisor Council.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1997 and is a CPA. Kevin, his wife Susan, and two sons live in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he is active in youth coaching.

Michele Mcdermott is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Hub Group.
