Pros of working at Hub Group

The work is engaging and interactive with customer and employee groupings. Problem solving and innovation for customer success are a key part of operations and what I enjoy.

Cons of working at Hub Group

The work culture from the top down is poor. The line of communication is almost non-existent between the upper management staff and the mid-level managers that run the operations team. The goals are unrealistic with little to no time to complete the tasks.
