Micromanagement. Retrospectives are more of a criticism and scrutiny sessions excluding appreciation. Production issues are not considered as part of the sprint and no spilled over are expected.

The work is engaging and interactive with customer and employee groupings. Problem solving and innovation for customer success are a key part of operations and what I enjoy.
The work culture from the top down is poor. The line of communication is almost non-existent between the upper management staff and the mid-level managers that run the operations team. The goals are unrealistic with little to no time to complete the tasks.
