The managment says it's agile, but it's not really implemented. The load on the developer is huge with scope creeps between the sprint. Frequent releases (sometimes weekly ) pressure up the situation for uncalled production issues and bug fixes. Live development and live deployment is a thing and no strict code freezes. Micromanagement. Retrospectives are more of a criticism and scrutiny sessions excluding appreciation. Production issues are not considered as part of the sprint and no spilled over are expected.
