Cons of working at Hub Group

The managment says it's agile, but it's not really implemented. The load on the developer is huge with scope creeps between the sprint. Frequent releases (sometimes weekly ) pressure up the situation for uncalled production issues and bug fixes. Live development and live deployment is a thing and no strict code freezes. Micromanagement. Retrospectives are more of a criticism and scrutiny sessions excluding appreciation. Production issues are not considered as part of the sprint and no spilled over are expected.
