Manager misrepresented my performance which I believe stemmed from feeling intimidated by my professionalism and initiative - qualities not embodied. Hostile work environment marked by exclusion and lack of safety: curiosity, strategic thinking, and leadership instincts were met with resistance.

Flexibility of working from home, Pay was Great, Weight loss programs are available. Location had almost a full kitchen which made lunch/break time more sociable and enjoyable.

Prior to management change in 2024 the culture was the best environment to work in. People were passionate about their jobs and advancement.

I work remotely and enjoy every second of the work I do.
What do you like best about HUB International's CEO and the leadership team?
Marc has town hall meetings that provide employees time with their leader to ask candid questions about where we are and where we are going. Although we are a large company, the access and personal relationships resonate from the top down.
How would you improve HUB International's culture?
Continue to do what is currently being done. Invest in people and companies always grow.
How did you prepare for the HUB International interview?
I was referred to the company by a colleague who worked at HUB. Best decision I ever made was coming here.
How does your compensation at HUB International compare to the industry average?
In my experience, the compensation is above par with expectations.

As a woman, that mattered to me. I am a part of HUB Women's Network and I am constantly reminded of my value and my leadership opportunities.

I love how they treat their employees. They treat everyone like human beings, knowing we all are dealing with things outside of work. It makes me want to work harder fo them.
