Here's Where You Come In
As a Small Business Sales Executive, you will prospect and produce organic growth based on your local networks, connections, and communities. Sales Executives work directly with clients, Account Executives, and underwriters to grow a book of business, with an emphasis on client relations, service, and teamwork. Our Small Business Sales Executives specialize in businesses that are below $20,000 in revenue and sell the HUB value proposition, are a face of HUB in our communities, and will model the Midwest East culture and values.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prospect new business organically through various efforts including: cold-calling, networking, association memberships, social media, and more
* Maintain and accurate log of client information and prospecting efforts in relevant HUB systems, including CORE
* Meet established activity and sales goals, as agreed upon by the CSO
* Participates in the servicing of accounts, maintaining communications and collaboration with team members as necessary to retain and service our clients
* Attend appropriate and applicable educational opportunities as needed to maintain position knowledge and licensing
* Maintain positive relationships with carriers

Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols in a 911 system running about 17,000 requests per year.
Utilize your Paramedic skills in a progressive medical system to the full scope of an Oregon Paramedic.
Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed
Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

What You Will Do
Monitor and follow patient progress and report health changes to supervising registered professional nurse through detailed observations, interviews, and physical/psychosocial care within LPN scope of practice.

The Infusion nurse will operate an infusion clinic to administer on an outpatient basis infusion therapies and monitor and record results for physicians. This position will also coordinate services with lab and other entities participating in patients' care.
Job Responsibilities:
• Receives orders from physicians and schedules appointments for patients
• Receives patients, explains procedures, checks vital signs and administers therapy, monitors reactions, and reports to physicians
• Provide infusion treatments as directed by physicians
• Monitor patients continuously to assess potential drug reactions
• Keeps records for physicians and billing purposes
Qualifications:
• RN with state license required
• At least three years of clinical experience that includes training in infusion therapy
• Organized manner to maintain schedule and generate reports in a timely fashion
• Reassuring manner to deal with patients of all ages
