The Role: Quant Developer
We're looking for a technically strong software engineer to join a high-impact engineering group that operates at the crossroads of research and production. This team focuses on enhancing the firm's core investment infrastructure-particularly systems related to portfolio construction, order generation, and systematic rebalancing.

Position Summary
This MAT Counselor position is focused on providing support within a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, helping individuals manage opioid use disorder through a combination of counseling and approved medications. The role is based at the Root Center for Advanced Recovery, a methadone dispensary, where clients receive comprehensive treatment including methadone maintenance treatment as part of their recovery plan.
Under the supervision of the clinic supervisory staff, performs full range of counseling and clinical duties including but not limited to assessment, education and treatment of clients experiencing substance use disorder and/or related behavioral health disorders.

Essential Functions
Counseling Clients ; facilitates individual and group counseling; safety planning/risk assessment; identifies problems and provides strategies for resolution and/or intervention in order to assist clients in reaching treatment goals, provides on going education and support

+ Determine whether bond exposure has expired, including for the purpose of releasing collateral, by reviewing bond terms, applicable law, and court dockets (when applicable).
+ Monitor marketplace conditions, conduct research, and draft reference materials to inform claim and underwriting colleagues on law impacting Travelers' underwriting and claim decisions.
+ Review documents pertaining to mergers, equity sales and asset sales to determine the legal status and ownership of indemnitors undergoing a change of control. Draft and negotiate appropriate agreements to document indemnity changes related to such transactions.
+ Support underwriting marketing efforts, including participation in broker and account visits and risk mitigation seminars and authoring customer-focused white papers and articles.
+ Obtain and maintain required adjusters' licenses.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Five or more years of relevant legal or claim handling work experience.

**What is a Must Have?**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ Juris Doctorate Degree.
+ Properly licensed, registered or authorized, and in good standing, to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you will be working.
+ Two years of relevant legal experience.
