Job Summary
Forward thinking, team player with a focus on continuous improvement to help modernize, maintain and troubleshoot IAS business critical web applications. Works with IT staff to design and develop client/regulatory enhancements, as well as analyzing and address day to day issues. Primary Responsibilities

Analysis, design, development and troubleshooting of VB.NET applications and web services
Analysis, design, development, and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server SQL & Stored Procedures
Managing code via Azure DevOps and TFS
Documenting and working issues, requests, enhancements, etc. via JIRA workflows
Actively listening and participating in IT meetings, taking notes, and offering insights/suggestions
Collaboratively working with IAS Web team members on projects and tasks
Self-driven learning of technologies is being adopted by the IAS Web team.
Performs under minimal supervision
Provides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring
Primary Skills & Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related area;
4-6 years of experience with VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server
Experience with Team Foundation Server and JIRA Issue Tracking preferred
Ability to work through issues and solve problems pragmatically
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues spanning several processes and technologies
Adept in developing and debugging VB.NET (C#, Entity Framework, & MVC are a plus)
Adept in writing & debugging SQL & Stored Procs (SSIS/ETL) is a plus)
Working knowledge of TFS or Azure DevOps version control
Comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
Leadership experience preferred
Firm understanding of.NET frameworks, .NET Core and supporting technologies
Skilled in documenting and communicating via email & JIRA, and other written correspondence
Ability to independently learn, understand, and apply new technologies
