**SUMMARY:**

As the Marketing Executive, you are responsible for the effective marketing of insurance risks for our existing clients and new prospects.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Market all lines of commercial insurance and directly impact revenue goals through the acquisition of new business and the retention of renewals.
+ Assist in the analysis of line of business and insurance company production trends, and make recommendations to correct deficiencies.
+ Act as account liaison for the producer in dealing with other departments within Hub for the quoting of specialized lines of coverage.
+ Assist producers with explanation of coverage analysis in the renewal process, and participate in renewal presentations when requested.
+ Execute a quality control process for policies and quotations delivered assuring coverage, condition, rating, and pricing accuracy by completing program analysis/comparisons.
+ Effectively build relationships with insurance company underwriters through a pattern of professional risk submissions, company visitations, and firm, but fair negotiations to include monthly calls as directed by leadership. Some travel could be required monthly.
+ Maintain state of the art knowledge of market underwriting appetite, line of business trends, insurance company changes, rating techniques, and coverage developments.
+ Demonstrate an understanding of our company utilization strategies by appropriate risk submissions.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ 5 to 10 years of marketing and negotiation experience with renewals and new business
+ College or University degree preferred
+ Current 2-20 Florida Property & Casualty license
+ Intermediate to advanced Level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
+ Thorough and advanced knowledge of commercial lines coverage and markets
+ High energy, detail-oriented self-starter
+ Strong leadership and team-building skills
+ Significant skill in handling & completing demands and projects

SUMMARY:
The Commercial Lines Account Executive will provide professional, courteous account management and brokerage services to assigned clients. You have the primary responsibility for account strategy, relationship, and retention. In providing the highest level of support to our producers, clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues you will positively impact customer satisfaction and client retention. In addition, your account management expertise will support the organic growth goals of the organization by maintaining and expanding business, which includes account rounding, cross-selling and the development of new business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of the book of business
Acquires understanding of clients' business and insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans and HUB services to determine suitability for additional opportunities; assess client risk to ensure not coverage gaps exist
Lead resolution of escalated complex service issues between clients and insurance carriers that require policy interpretation and experience-based judgment to resolve except when an established claim servicing protocol exists
Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings in coordination with producer
Assists in the development and execution of client service agreements
Key driver for executing critical path work for clients: Identifies opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services where appropriate
Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing directly with insurance carriers except when centralized placement is the norms
Possess a detailed knowledge of the client's business and industry, being able to articulate applicable exposures to loss, insurance coverages, and appropriate/available risk management/control solutions
Develop strong and productive professional relationships with cognizant insurance carrier marketing, underwriting, and risk control staff, including a detailed familiarity with each carrier's products and services in support of assigned clients
Directly oversee and coordinate the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle, including stewardship reports, delivery of risk control services, carrier meetings, claims reviews, preparation of coverage outlines, and marketing of emergent and renewal coverage requests
Supports, mentors, and develops more junior account service team members
May travel for client meetings between 25 - 50% of the time.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 - 7 years of applicable insurance/agency experience
Experience with influencing C-level executives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

In this role you will handle multi-party commercial line Workers Compensation claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity within specific authority limits, to ensure that claims are handled in the most efficient, effective way while delivering a customer-centric claims service.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Document claims file by accurately capturing and updating claims data/information in compliance with best practices for single and multi-party personal or commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity.
* Exercise judgment to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts; utilizing applicable law; establishing basic principles of negligence.
* Exercise judgment to determine policy verification and coverage determination by analyzing applicable coverage for claims and determining whether the loss falls within the coverage.
* Work to have a timely resolution to claims by developing case strategy; developing a case evaluation; escalating issues as appropriate.
* Establish timely reserves and perform ongoing review throughout claims cycle within authority limit by estimating and validating value of claims.
* Assess damages by calculating applicable damages or range of damages allowed by law.
* Negotiate settlement of claim by establishing appropriate negotiation strategy and utilizing available tools and resources within authority limits.
* Meet quality standards by following best practices
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area.
OR
* Juris Doctor and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area.
OR
* Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

* Responsible for overall retention of accounts in assigned book of business.
* Develops new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contributes to meeting departmental production goals. Identifies and follows-up on cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
* Manages, organizes, and conducts client meetings when necessary.
* Appropriately documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all HUB computer systems and automated agency management systems when necessary. Ensures the accuracy of data in those systems.
* Travels on company business as required.
* Prepares reports for management as required.
* Oversees functions performed by Assistant Account Managers and Technical Assistants as required.
* Supports, mentors, and trains Assistant Account Managers and Technical Assistants as necessary.
* Attends industry related continuing education training and courses.

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 5 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in an insurance Account Management role in required lines.

126205 Zurich is seeking an individual interested in growing their claims career with our General Liability team. As a General Liability (GL) Senior Claims Specialist on our IPZ (international Program) team you will work with a team of claims professionals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. This environment will support your development as you hone your technical skill set in GL policy interpretation and coverage analysis to resolve your claims effectively. At this level, you will handle single and multi-party personal or commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure and complexity within specific authority limits, to ensure that claims are handled most efficiently and effectively while delivering a customer-centric claims service.
You will be expected to collaborate and develop partnerships with internal and external points of contact including customers, vendors, suppliers, and brokers to provide a quality claims experience. Additionally, you will learn and develop knowledge of established protocols and industry best practices to ensure that claims are handled in the most efficient, effective way while delivering a quality customer-centric claims experience.
This position will work from one of the following office locations: Addison, TX; Atlanta, GA; Omaha, NE; Overland Park, KS; Schaumburg, IL; Maitland, FL; New York, NY; Parsippany, NJ or Gold River, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area OR
+ High School Diploma Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area OR
+ Juris Doctor and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area OR
+ Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an associate degree with 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area OR
+ Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 6 or more years of experience in the Claims and/ or Litigation Management area AND
+ Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
+ Microsoft Office experience
+ Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Commercial general liability claims handling experience within the area that includes litigated and severity injury claims
+ Extensive litigation experience
+ A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is not required for this role
+ Currently hold an active adjusters license
+ Experience collaborating across work groups ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
+ Understands claims adjustment process and possesses the ability to determine scope/exposure for losses
+ Understands the use of vendors and how litigation strategies are developed
+ Understands and applies financial and actuarial/reserving concepts.
+ Familiarity with negotiation strategies and experience in suggesting alternative approaches
+ Negotiation skills

+ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Other rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases. **C** andidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill, and education. The salary provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. The starting salary range for this position is $72,800.00 - $119,200.00.
