Role Description
The Senior Process Executive - Accounts Receivable is responsible for managing and optimizing the full lifecycle of hospital and professional claims across third-party payers, including commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. This role requires advanced knowledge of US healthcare billing, claims adjudication, and payer-specific requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for healthcare services.
โข Manage accounts receivable processes for hospital and professional claims, ensuring compliance with US payer regulations.
โข Analyze and resolve outstanding claims, including denials and underpayments, using payer-specific portals and resources.
โข Investigate root causes of denials, apply appropriate ICD-10 and CPT codes, and implement corrective actions to maximize reimbursement.

Pave is building the largest real-time compensation market dataset, and our strategy and operations team drives this goal forward. We partner with customers, R&D, and Pave's leadership to determine the why, when, and how for our biggest data challenges while leading the execution of solutions. What Is the Opportunity?
Global Insurance provides tailored insurance solutions for companies based in the United States that do business abroad. Coverage offerings include Property, General Liability, Foreign Voluntary Workers' Compensation, and more. The AccountExecutive Officer (AEO), Global will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business based on customers' needs. This role is seen as a technical resource. As an AEO, you are decisive, detail-oriented, and know how to build relationships internally and externally to drive results. What Will You Do?
* Manage the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
