We currently have an opportunity for an **Senior Vice President - Executive Liability** to join our **ProEx** team **.**
This leadership position will have accountability for building and developing an industry leading portfolio of professional liability clients by cultivating in house client and colleague relationships, developing a comprehensive service proposition for clients, managing deep insurer relationships and developing strong sales and cross-sell capability for professional liability insurance products.
**Leadership Responsibilities** :
+ Accountability for all aspects of Professional Liability Value Proposition
+ Accountability for profitability and growth targets as agreed by senior leadership
+ Accountability for recruitment, training and development of staff within specific mandate
+ Responsible for fostering and developing meaningful collaborative relationships with internal colleagues, teams and leaders as well as external partners, insurers and service providers.
+ Accountability for development and driving performance of strong sales culture
+ Accountability for team fostering and development of meaningful client relationships
**Specific Role Responsibilities** :
+ Accountability for effectively marketing Professional Liability coverages to our current book of retail clients and to work with Hub producers to cultivate new customers.
+ Responsibility for team's effective developing relationships with current Hub Commercial Lines service leaders and producers to become their professional resource for all things Professional Lines.
+ Evaluating and identifying professional exposures.
+ Negotiating terms and conditions of the insurance contracts with the carriers.
+ Consistently developing a creative and customized insurance program to protect the insured.
+ Consistently developing presentation of solutions for the agent/insured.
+ Primary accountability for new business growth via production goals.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Educational Requirements** **:** Bachelor's Degree (4 Year Degree)
**Experience Requirement** :
+ 15+ years of relevant experience.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Strong presentation and organizational skills.
+ Results-driven mind-set.
+ Ability to deliver client-focused solutions that contribute to long-lasting relationships.
+ Travel to agent and client locations as required (some overnight stays).

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will report into the Finance Manager and will maintain and distribute existing reporting and analysis related to financial and operational metrics. The
primary responsibilities include:
* Assist with month end close, including journal entries, reconciliations and research and analysis that happens during the close.
* Maintain ownership of Iconixx (producer compensation software), review producer compensation calculations and respond to producer inquiries
* Retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats Improve upon existing reporting as requested by management, which include working with systems such as Oracle Financial, Hyperion, Excel (Smartview), etc.
* Research, identify and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics
* Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
* Participate in annual budget process and monthly forecasting processes
* Provide support within the Finance department as needed
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance required
* 5 years of finance and accounting experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High degree of accuracy with a good eye for detail
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with Oracle and Hyperion is a plus
* Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Procure notarized affidavits to enhance the credibility of evidence.
Perform wellness checks to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals involved.

Qualifications
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
