The Position.
Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist II position on the Technology Team in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on providing support primarily for Tier 2 tickets and serving as backup for Tier 1 issues. Key responsibilities include project work related to new technology implementation, remote and in-person desktop support, excellent customer service, installation and configuration of new hardware, system administration tasks, documentation creation, vendor coordination, and regular communication with project participants and department leadership. This position emphasizes professional communication and adherence to policies.
Key Duties.
* Provide support to end users primarily on Tier 2 tickets and be a backup for Tier 1 issues.
* Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
* Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
* Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.
* Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices
* Create clear, concise process and system diagrams and other supporting documentation
* Coordinate with vendors to execute software and firmware upgrades
* Attend meetings as required and provides regular and accurate status information to project participants/department leadership -follow management guidance and adherence to policies
* Assist with other projects and tasks as required
* Identify issues requiring escalated support and route to the appropriate team or leadership.
* Identify recurring or unique issues, develop solutions, and verify successful implementation.
* Document and/or update documentation for identified issues, solutions, and procedures.
* Train and/or mentor junior team members. Share knowledge and best practices.
* Actively participate in team meetings and feedback sessions.
Qualification Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills.
* 5 + years of technical experience working with hardware/software
* Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience
* Experience working in windows and virtualized environments
* Ability to utilize an ITSM system for change and incident management
* Microsoft training and related certifications are a plus
* Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible/extended hours when requested or participate in an on-call schedule
* Able to work both independently and effectively with remote team members as necessary

General Description
Supervises and maintains traffic within the limits of the project for the duration of the construction period, including any temporary suspensions of the work. Construct and maintain detours. Provide facilities for access to residences, businesses, etc., along with the project. Furnishes, installs and maintains traffic control and safety devices during construction. Key Duties
* Plan and develop maintenance programs, schedules, and timetables; assist in establishing and administering traffic maintenance policies and standards; communicate and direct implementation of changes in policies, standards and regulations to subordinates.
* Plans, organizes and supervises all equipment and materials needed to set-up, take down, maintain traffic control, and handle traffic-related situations.
* Supervise and coordinate activities of traffic control technicians and traffic control specialists; assign specific projects and monitor activities to ensure compliance.

* Facilitate and integrate traffic maintenance activities; serve as liaison with utilities and districts in order to develop and maintain cooperation and project coordination.

* Provide verbal and written status reports and special reports as needed.

General Description
A Scale House Attendant is an hourly-rated skilled craft position that performs services at the Landfill and Recycling center duties described more fully, below. A Scale House Attendant typically performs a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the workflow dictates.
Key Duties
This position at Mid Florida Materials is responsible for the scaling of all trucks that enter the landfill or transfer station while providing efficient, courteous customer service to internal and external customers. This position will maintain a variety of records, collect fees, calculate payments, check loads, and perform other related duties as required.
* Approaches all encounters with employees, customers, and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
* Directs customers and other traffic, and answers questions accurately.
* Answers scale house incoming phone calls.
* Accurately enter loads received and outgoing tickets into database; create load tickets and collect payment.
* Correctly calculates payments for customers, run credit cards and maintains cash drawer.
* Ensures that incoming loads are safe and do not contain any inappropriate material.
* Provides general upkeep of the Scale House.

General Description
The successful candidate will join an established, highly successful safety team, report to the Safety Director and be based out of Jacksonville, Florida. A minimum of 3 years Construction Safety experience is required. The main job duties include: conducting safety training, site inspections, documentation audits, accident/incident investigations, and statistical input and analysis. Strong ability to develop working relationships and effectively communicate with various levels of management and field personnel is required, along with coaching, enforcing and improving safety performance. Demonstrated performance as a safety professional (professional memberships and/or certifications), ability to converse in basic Spanish, and applicable field experience outside the safety profession will be highly considered.
Qualification Requirements

General Description.
The Project Engineer will develop, manage, and/or execute all phases of the construction cost control effort or the construction planning/scheduling effort for one or more large, complex and demanding projects. The Project Engineer will provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex construction project control problems. Will interface with clients, attend meetings and provide statistical reports as required.
Key Duties.
* Oversees onsite Field Engineers.
* Schedules the Quality Control Team.
* Interacts w/subcontractors as required.
* Responsible for maintenance of the project schedule including materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
* Places orders for materials and ensures delivery.
* Creates and sends all transmittal letters and keeps log of dates sent, returned and approved.
* Schedules and arranges for equipment moves on and off the job.
* Responsible for billing.
* Prepares change orders and claims for review by Project Manager.
* Compares results with previous budgets (with the Project Superintendent and the Project Manager), including verification of all monthly accruals, revenue and costs.
* Defines/optimizes the means and methods for the project (with the Project Manager) .
* Maintains and revises contract documents.
* Ensures that the administrative and accounting information from the field are reliable.
* Participates at the final acceptance of the project (with the Project Manager).
* Responsible for maintenance of safe working environment.
