Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Manager and Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's productivity and quality goals are met. As a leader in integrity and quality, the Manufacturing Associate III - Milling is part of a cohesive team manufacturing high-quality products by mixing heat treat powders in an oven, weighing up materials, and then mixing and milling materials to assist other departments to make completed, finished product. This diverse and exciting role cross trains in different value streams based on the changing needs of the business. You will interact fluidly with peers, supervisors and cross-functionally work with Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Engineers. At Parker, you will cultivate a strong culture by participating in High Performance Teams and operating in a LEAN environment.
Responsibilities
* Read work orders, batch cards, and blueprints to set up, run, monitor, and maintain ovens to heat powders (copper, aluminum, or glass) and mixers to produce high quality materials.
* Verify needed raw materials, tools, and equipment to use solvents for mixing of various chemicals to achieve product specifications with batch cards.
* Perform multiple mixing machine setups and roll milling operations to prepare, process, and inspect finished sheet or brick material made from mixed materials for optimal quality and output. Perform elevated machine maintenance and cleaning.
* Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics accurately and on time as outlined.
* Sift, package, and label powders to bring workflow to completion for other departments.
* Perform complex troubleshooting, communicate between departments, and notify leaders and engineers of issues as needed.
* Work cross functionally in designated areas to support business needs such as compounds, milling, and non-chemical value streams as needed.
* Support company LEAN and High-Performance team objectives and initiatives to promote company culture through by assisting with training/ shadowing and filling out team improvement board information and/ or Starpoints.
* Sustain Safety and 5S program, use appropriate PPE for designated area, which can include painting/ clean room environments, hazardous chemical mixing, material handling, and milling operations.
Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
* GED or High School Diploma required.
* 4+ years of manufacturing experience required. Experience or exposure with weighing, mixing, and working with chemicals in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Quality Manger, the Document Control Specialist will serve as the primary responsible administrator of documents, their entry into the document control system, and cross functional collaboration within the organization for review, approval, and editing of documents. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that operational processes are documented efficiently, are kept up to date, and accessible across all departments. The Document Control Specialist will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that SOPs are clear, compliant with industry standards, and continuously improved.
Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting, revising, and obsoleting documents including but not limited to SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures), Wis (Work Instructions), purchasing specifications, technical documents, and customer documents and specifications.
* Maintain quality documentation from across the organization within a document control system.
* Control the distribution of controlled documents ensuring the use of only correct versions.
* Monitor and help ensure that SOPs meet regulatory and compliance standards where applicable. Assist in internal audits and help prepare for external audits by ensuring proper documentation and procedures are in place.
* Organize and maintain a digital document control system for easy access to current SOPs. Ensure proper classification and categorization of documents for efficient retrieval.
* Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect any changes in processes, regulations, or best practices. Ensure proper version control and track historical revisions of each document.
* Print controlled copies of documentation, as necessary.
* Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Qualifications

Position Summary
The Die Cut Operator is responsible for conducting all manufacturing functions in the Die Cutting Area, including using die cutting equipment and reading blueprints. They adhere to a daily schedule, meet output targets, and use hand jacks to move materials. They assist Process Engineers with die cutting issues, set up and run equipment, monitor output, and conduct quality inspections. The Role
The role of the embedded software engineer is to design, implement, validate, and maintain the embedded software for Markem-Imaje current and future printers across a variety of print technologies and application spaces using industry standard best practices. This mid-level role requires the ability to work on problems of diverse scope, demonstrate good judgment regarding methods and techniques for implementing solutions, leading by example and interact/communicate effectively with senior internal and external personnel. Requires collaboration and communication across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and validate high quality embedded software as part of an Agile team of engineers.
• Help define and implement best practices and tools to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and software quality.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and advocate for continuous improvement in the areas of unit testing, system testing, automation, code analysis, source control, continuous integration, etc.
• Contribute high-level and detailed software estimation to support planning activities.
• Interface with other engineering teams and stakeholders to understand the application space and business requirements.

Job Requirements:
Education Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience developing software, or Master's degree with minimum 4 years of professional experience developing software.
• Demonstrable record of developing high-quality embedded software for end-user products from requirement analysis to delivery.
• Ongoing, advanced coursework and/or research to stay current preferrable.
• Cross-functional, multi-cultural, and/or distributed team collaboration experience preferrable.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Experience developing embedded software in an industrial printing domain is a plus.

The Role:
The Product Quality Engineer will utilize Quality Engineering tools and practices for the effective and efficient maintenance of products/processes throughout the product lifecycle. The PQI's will also utilize quality engineering principles and problem-solving skills to support, improve, and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall quality and business vision. He/she will utilize appropriate risk management tactics to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes. Job Responsibilities:
* Support quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterizations that lead to continuous / cost improvements.
* Review/analyze the effectiveness of PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Techniques and/or other improvement tools and programs.
* Conduct benchmarking to develop more effective methods for improving quality
* Supports the development of quality engineering and quality compliance with the right skill sets for new product introductions, and product life cycle management for assigned value stream.
* Review/analyze whether current product and processes (including actions or decisions conducted) comply to standards such as the ISO/TS/ASTM/FDA/EU machine directive etc.
* Champions compliance to applicable Global Regulations and standards, and provide support during internal and external audits.
* Supports new product introduction as part of design transfer.
* Conduct investigation, bounding, documentation, review and approval of non-conformances, CAPAs and customer complaints. Escalation of quality issues as appropriate.
* Analyze/review effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions. Review root cause investigation according to an established process.
* Accountability and ownership of Quality metrics including maintenance and reviewing of leading and lagging indicators of quality
* Approve IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV or Software Validation for existing products
* Partners with Global Supply chain, Finished Goods and material suppliers to ensure appropriate application of process validation, process control, and risk management; and the investigation/correction of process failures when needed.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis to ensure that customer CTQs are known and adequately addressed in product control plans
* Develop measurement systems/capabilities, destructive tests, non-destructive tests for manufacturing processes
* Support Development of control plans consistent with product classification, potential defect types, defect frequency, severity, patient risk, process capability, process controls, etc.
* Develop, interpret and implement appropriate process monitoring and control methods consistent with the level of process/product risk.
* Collect data and execute/conduct various analytical/statistical analysis and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support.
* Develop, interpret and implement standard and non-standard sampling plans
* Assess effectiveness of measurement tools, destructive tests, non-destructive tests, measurement system analysis.
* Accountability and ownership for sampling plans of all types including acceptability of risk given the product classification, potential defect types, defect frequency, severity, process capability, process controls, etc. including assessing, applying and interpreting acceptance sampling standard for manufacturing data.
* Assess and interpret common versus special cause variation in manufacturing processing and determine adequacy of current process limits.
* Document, justify, review or analyze whether a proposed change to a process will not enhance the risk level in some way beyond capability of current controls or whether change will result in potential non-compliance to a required standard such as the QSRs
* Ensures effective quality strategies are created for the validation of test methods, process and design.
* Strong knowledge of statistical software packages is preferred with the ability to preview, graph and analyze data and can present data that facilitates/drives decision making is preferred.
